I&S Strategic Group Corporation is dedicated to providing affordable, fully furnished transitional housing in Philadelphia for Veterans, seniors, survivors of domestic violence, individuals in recovery, college students, and other underserved populations. Our mission is to create a supportive community environment that promotes independence, inclusivity, and overall well-being. We believe that everyone deserves access to safe, stable housing as a foundation for building a better future.
Our comprehensive approach to transitional housing includes amenities such as shared living spaces, utilities, wellness checks, and 24-hour surveillance to ensure resident safety and support. Our Services
Fully Furnished Transitional Housing
Affordable, safe, and fully furnished housing units designed to provide temporary stability for individuals in transition. Our housing accommodates single Veterans, seniors, survivors of domestic violence, individuals in recovery, college students, and other underserved populations.
Wellness and Support Services
Comprehensive wellness checks and supportive services designed to promote physical and mental health. Our team provides guidance and resources to help tenants achieve personal goals and build healthy habits during their stay.
24-Hour Surveillance and Community Safety
Round-the-clock security monitoring and shared community spaces that foster a safe, inclusive environment. Our commitment to safety and community building helps create the stable foundation necessary for tenants to focus on their path to independence.
Qualifications
Single male age 18 and older
One time $300 admission fee pre-arrival nonrefundable not included in rent.
Income accepted: SSI, SSDI, third party pay/ agency, VA benefits, Medicaid and waivers, long-term care insurance.
Background check required.
